Improvement that have been made:

1)We have retire all previous Sales Helper and Sales Manager. Including all involve.

2)Install new group of Sales manager and team.

3)From now on, Chris Cheong will personally summit order and process order on 25th of everymonth.

4)Back order, will be refund immediatly and ship in all avalaible. Within 7-14 working days.

Well, after reading this, can Magical Ztudio kindly confirm to us that this sort of mistake will not be repeated. and please do highlight us on what security improvements that have been made in order to protect us buyers in the future. Thanks.
