This year, as many of you know, Magical Ztudio previous sales general manager did a huge big mistake. He accpeted all orders made during the month of July - October. And he did not process it after payment is made, he finally then escape with all the orders money.

I am very sorry for that - finally i came back and resolve everything. I did not make an official police report againts him(Personal reasons). Most of you i have refund, some i have shipment. Some without proper invoices and receipt of payment, i could not do anything.

Month of November, Magical Ztudio also went through a "claim". Where many customer of no where appear and claim to have purchase from us. Requesting for refund without prove. I refuse. And then this people went around forums and other places offence us with post.

What a long and tiring year!

BUT NEVERTHELESS, not all are bad times. We had fun too! We have our Magic Video Competition, sponsors by Avatar Search. Winner Weng Kai Sheng. Then we have various of parties and sales making.

What we have in mind? Next year April, Magical Ztudio is presenting Micheal Ammar lecture tour! Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore is definetly in the list!.

Still considering of  Thailand and Indonesia.
