As many of you understand that from the month of July to October, Magical Ztudio is under going a major internal scam causes by our previous Sales general manager.

Magical Ztudio will not adhere to any false claims for refunds. It is understood by many that we have got scammed by our previous supplier.

Please provide full details of your payment. That includes bank-in slips and zen-cart invoices. Any other further proof of payments are highly appreciated.

Magical Ztudio will not make payments of refunds to anyone without proof of payment.
